Before purchasing your product, I was using another companies virus software (it is a very popular virus protection software which I purchased a couple of years ago) and their software did not catch the spyware and when I contacted them about the problem they said their tech support could fix the problem but it would cost $100.

It is time for my mother to update her virus software and I would like to recommend she use yours.

I opened an e-mail this morning which came with all kinds of problems and a Trojan which embedded itself in my PC registry...

Another Anti-Spyware program I have, didn't reveal this, and another two security programs which I was given to believe was second to none found it but couldn't remove it. I had to use the computer in safe mode as this Trojan was using my computer to send hundreds of e-mails and while searching the internet for details came across your product.
